Elli is my little four six-year-old ball of energy. I found her at a Pet Supplies Plus "Adopt-a-Pet" day, on my birthday. I initially had my eye on a little blue-eyed grey tabby, but just as the attendant was about to place her in my hands, a woman ran up and exclaimed "No, no! That one's already accounted for!" So the man said, "Well, that little black-and-white one is a female, too." And it was love at first sight. The best birthday present I ever got.

Elli has a small "vocabulary" of sweet little peeps, squeaks, and trills. She gives head-butts and plays with anything that isn't nailed down. If you're lying on the couch, she'll hop up on your chest and do this weird little "kneading" thing on your neck. She's dainty as a princess, yet rowdy as a tomboy. She simply won't tolerate trips in the car. Understandably, the nurses at the vet melt when she's around.
