Darin says "Elmo was born to a litter of of identical kittens. When we went to pick him out, there were at least seven of these little guys running around, all polydactyls. They weren't sure who the father was (most likely a stray) but they were sure he must have looked like the kitties as none of them looked the least like their mother who also had normal toes. I picked them all up one by one trying to choose which one to take home. The only reason I picked Elmo was because he fell asleep on my shoulder. We all thought that was the sweetest thing. Seven nine years later, and that's still his greatest pastime :) "

If you want a cuddly lapcat, then Elmo's your guy. In fact, he'll follow you around the house, staring at you with those big green saucers and whining plaintively until you pick him up and hold him like a baby. His hobbies are napping, purring loudly, eating, shedding, begging for food, and licking the other cats. You've just gotta love those big feet.
